This card worked flawlessly for the entire month of March and up until the Creator's update patch in early April. I tried to re-seat the PCI-E x1 card, the Intel 8260 card itself, changed USB cables and ports (as the BT adapter requires a USB connection), remove drivers and reinstall them, all to no avail. The wireless portion of the card works perfectly. The wifi part of this card worked well but the blue screens made it a deal breaker for me.After the Windows 10 Creator's Update, the Bluetooth piece of the Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I Rev 4.2 card (powered by an Intel Wireless-AC 8260 adapter) is not being detected at all (completely gone from Windows Device Manager). But not all was lost I was able to connect my computer to blue tooth speakers and play music from my computer.Īfter a getting it all installed and working I started getting fatal errors (blue Screen of death) and my computer shuts down so I looked for better drivers and was not able to find any but blue screen are generally a hardware issue, I took the card out of my PC and that problem went away.įor me this product was a waste of time and money it worked as advertised but I could have bought a much chea per USB Bluetooth adapter for $10 bucks to find out file transfers from my phone will not work. I bought this for the blue tooth aspect of the card so I could connect my cell phone to my computer without wires to transfer pictures, I soon discovered that was not going to work about all I could do is send a picture to my phone and god only knows what file folder that ended up in. I am blown away at the price and what this little card can do!!! Gigabyte is also a well known company and make great products at affordable prices so before you buy anything else give this card a try you might just be surprised at how well it does.!!! Read full review I have tested the more expensive ac wifi - bluetooth cards and see no difference at all. So far it is one of the best cards I have tested. I also have my phone connected and a few tablets so I can share videos and pics and files between my computer and the gadgets. The bluetooth works great, I have a pair of head phones connected and it works perfect. It connects to my cable network router at full speed right now as I am typing this it is at 866.7 Mbps!!!!!! Thats as fast as you can get!!!! Very Stable connection, I have had no drop outs or disconnects. It comes with a really nice positionable magnetic base antenna. The card has all the updated revisions for wifi and bluetooth. The price you can get this at on here is great. Best AC Wifi and Bluetooth Card for the Money!!!!
